- Grounded
Metal Heating Element is standard on all Quartz Heaters.
- Resettable
Over-Temp System available as an option. (Preventer 2)
- Specially
designed liquid tight cap prevents entry of liquids or vapors into heater.
- Standard heater has 36"
liquid tight and acid resistant flex conduit and lead wires as standard.
Additional lengths available; add -X plus length wanted in inches to the end of the
model number.
UL and C-UL approved. - Special
voltages available-consult factory.
- Use
of liquid level controls is strongly recommended.
- Supplied with "One-Time" Thermal Fuse Preventer 1
Over-Temperature System as standard. Each single heater in triple tube
configuration is supplied with its own thermal fuse for maximum protection.
(Replacement Thermal Fuses for Quartz Heaters are Model No. FQ1.)
- Standard guard is polypropylene; special guard material
available. Protective
Guards made from PVDF available as an option.
- Single phase standard; three phase available as an option.
Add "-3" to the end of model number.
- Consists
of 3 elements, 3 tubes, and 1 guard. (Standard 3QZM is three single phase heaters
to be wired single or three phase. Three phase available as an option.
Add "-3" to the end of model number.)
