Eemax de-ionized units are available in both
single phase and 3-phase voltage formats.
The Eemax Ultrapure (DI) water heaters are
capable of heating water of the highest purity (up to 18 meg OHM quality) and do
it affordably.
Eemax Inc. makes two heater types.

This
is a smaller sized heater. This would ideally
serve one or two washing stations.

Comes in various powers (3kW through 10kW,) and
voltages.

The units are small in size at 103/4"

Use one of these heaters when flow rates are
up to 2.0 gpm.
Water carrying materials are PVDF "Kynar" and 316 stainless steel wetted
surfaces.

This is our three phase model. These units are used for higher
flow rates such as multiple washing stations. They can be built to suit
practically any three phase voltage type.

Eemax "DI" Water
Heaters have been type tested by a reputable, independent Analytical Testing
Laboratory. Test conclusions verified no measurable contamination of water
passing through the Eemax heater. Test results available upon request.
WHY HOT "DI" (DE-IONIZED) WATER?
- Hot De-Ionized water has become an attractive replacement
for chlorofluorocarbons (CFC's). CFC's are ozone depleting and must be phased
out of all manufacturing operations.
- Hot "DI' water provides a more aggressive cleaning agent,
will flash dry quickly and is "user friendly" in terms of its disposal.
- Heated 'DI" water has remarkable cleaning properties and
will not pollute the environment.
EEMAX ULTRAPURE "DI" HEATER
- The Eemax Ultrapure (DI) water heater is capable of heating
water of the highest purity (up to 18 MEG OHM quality) affordably. It's
compact design (12" x 12") makes the unit particularly well suited for
"point-of-use" installation to serve single or multiple work stations. The
units utilize Eemax's Instantaneous Water Heating Technology, delivering
continuous, constant temperature, hot water. Models come in powers ranging
from 3kW, 120 volt, single phase, through 32kW, three phase. Temperatures up
to 180°F are possible to an accuracy of ±0.5°F.
- All Eemax ultra pure water heaters utilize the highest
quality materials. This includes PVDF "Kynar" water carrying materials and
type 316 stainless steel wetted surfaces.
